How to import the Quick Access Toolbar?

1. Go to "Files": Start by opening Microsoft PowerPoint on your computer and clicking on the "Files" tab in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

   

2. Click "Options": In the "Files" tab, click on "Options" towards the bottom of the menu. This will open the PowerPoint Options window.
3. Go to "Quick Access Toolbar" tab: In the PowerPoint Options window, click on the "Quick Access Toolbar" tab on the left-hand side of the screen. This will allow you to customize your PowerPoint toolbar.

   

4. Click on "Import/Export" and select file: In the Quick Access Toolbar tab, click on the "Import/Export" button towards the bottom of the screen. This will open a dropdown menu with options to import or export toolbar settings.

   

5. Select the "Import" option: From the dropdown menu, select the "Import" option to import the Personalized PowerPoint Quick Access Toolbar.
6. Select the file: Once you have selected the "Import" option, you will be prompted to select the file that contains your customized toolbar settings. Browse your computer's files to locate the file containing your toolbar settings, and select it.
7. Finish importing: Once you have selected the file, click "OK" to finish importing your customized toolbar. You should now see your personalized Quick Access Toolbar in the top left-hand corner of your PowerPoint window.
8. Choose where you want to place your Toolbar. You can place the above or below the Ribbon.

That's it! You have now successfully imported your Personalized PowerPoint Quick Access Toolbar and can start using it to speed up your workflow and save time while creating presentations.
